The Bengal Blend is our take on the classic spice blend known as the Paanch Phoron. Used as a rub for meats, tempering meat stews and vegetable dishes and used in pickling. This spice blend is commonly used in East India, Bangladesh & Myanmar. A wonderful and versatile flavor enhancer.
Ingredients: Fennel, cumin, Nigella sativa, fenugreek, mustard seeds and radhuni.
